These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CDL Pass-Ready (the "Site"), operated by CLEADEAL LLC, an Illinois limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site offers a CDL knowledge-test practice trainer — practice questions, timed exam simulations, readiness scoring, and study materials — for personal, non-commercial use. The content is educational in nature. Nothing on this Site is professional advice, and using the Site does not create any professional relationship between you and us. The Site is not affiliated with any Department of Motor Vehicles, state licensing agency, or the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
Official test rules, fees, and licensing requirements are set by your state. Always confirm them in your state's official CDL manual.
We work hard to keep our questions and information accurate and current, drawn from the public state CDL manuals. Manuals and rules change, however, and we do not guarantee that any content on the Site is complete, current, or correct, or that using the Site will result in passing any examination or obtaining any license. You use the Site at your own risk.

The CDL Pass-Ready Kit requires a one-time payment of $29, processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges.

All content on the Site — text, questions, tools, design, and branding — is owned by CLEADEAL LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing the Kit gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself. It does not transfer ownership or give you the right to share, resell, or republish it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLEADEAL LLC and its owners, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or its products — including any examination outcome or decisions you make based on the Site's content. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLEADEAL LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
The Site may link to third-party websites or reference third-party services (such as payment processors). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its last-updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
